I live in the US - will my order be subjected to additional tariffs & customs (since you’re shipping from Canada & your decks are printed in China?)
No additional tariffs or customs will be charged upon receiving the goods. Thanks to the de minimis exemption, goods originating from Canada valued at $800 or less are allowed for duty-free entry. This may change - but for now, no extra tariffs!

I am buying from the UK & EU. Will there be VAT?
Yes, all orders that are UK & EU bound are subjected to VAT (value-added taxes). Please check your country’s official postal service website to make sure there are no surprises and/or if additional fees apply.
I’m in Canada. Will there be customs?
Nope! I’m in Canada, too. Canada Post for the win!
Do I need Spread Crafter’s main deck to make use of the expansion packs like Change or Quest?
Nope! Both Change and Quest are themed stand-alone decks with a unique set of card prompts and distinct categories. While most people prefer to have the whole set for an enriched spread crafting experience, you do not need to have purchased the main deck for the “expansion packs” to work.
Can I purchase digital products to bump my order amount to over $99USD to receive FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! As long as it’s over $99, it doesn’t matter what’s in your cart.
Is there FREE SHIPPING for countries other than Canada & US?
No. Unfortunately, free shipping is only available for Canadian-bound and US-bound parcels.
How soon do you ship/when will I receive my order?
I process & pack pending orders on Mondays and ship them out on Wednesdays. Once they are shipped out, the shipping time depends on your country of origin. US & Canada-bound orders typically take 5-12 days. For everywhere in the world, 7-21 days.
Do you have a refund/returns/exchange policy?
Yes - but some conditions apply. Please read my full shop policies here.
Am I able to cancel my order or change details about my order (like address or order quantity)?
Only if you catch me before I pack & ship it out your order. Please e-mail me with your order # asap and I will do my best. Once it’s packed, however, your order’s shipping fate is sealed, dundundun. (Don’t worry, I’m generally pretty chill about it.)
