I live in the US - will my order be subjected to additional tariffs & customs (since you’re shipping from Canada & your decks are printed in China?)
Starting May 2, 2025, a 10% import tariff may apply to orders entering the U.S. that originate from China—including tarot and oracle decks, which are officially classified as "playing cards" under customs law.
Even though orders are shipped from Canada, the decks themselves are printed in China, so U.S. Customs still considers them China-origin goods—and the 10% tariff could be charged at the border.
✨ This fee is determined and collected by U.S. customs, not included at checkout. It may be due upon delivery, depending on your location and how strict customs is feeling that day 🕊️📦

Yes, all orders that are UK & EU bound are subjected to VAT (value-added taxes). Please check your country’s official postal service website to make sure there are no surprises and/or if additional fees apply.

Nope! I’m in Canada, too. Canada Post for the win!
Do I need Spread Crafter’s main deck to make use of the expansion packs like Change or Quest?
Nope! Both Change and Quest are themed stand-alone decks with a unique set of card prompts and distinct categories. While most people prefer to have the whole set for an enriched spread crafting experience, you do not need to have purchased the main deck for the “expansion packs” to work.
Can I purchase digital products to bump my order amount to over $99USD to receive FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! As long as it’s over $99, it doesn’t matter what’s in your cart.
Is there FREE SHIPPING for countries other than Canada & US?
No. Unfortunately, free shipping is only available for Canadian-bound and US-bound parcels.
How soon do you ship/when will I receive my order?
I process & pack pending orders on Mondays and ship them out on Wednesdays. Once they are shipped out, the shipping time depends on your country of origin. US & Canada-bound orders typically take 5-12 days. For everywhere in the world, 7-21 days.
Do you have a refund/returns/exchange policy?
