For those who value transparency and wish to shop with greater awareness, this page outlines how AI is used within Fables Den and where my creative boundaries lie.

A disclosure on this disclosure: This disclosure is written with the assistance of AI to help ensure that all relevant areas of AI use within my business are thoughtfully considered, clearly communicated, and properly disclosed.

Fables Den is an AI assisted-business, but not an AI-generated one.

AI may support administrative, organizational, and logistical aspects of my business, such as SEO, bookkeeping, policy drafting, and content organization.

However, the creative work itself—including my decks, guidebooks, writing worldbuilding, and brand voice—is created entirely by me.

Here’s a more detailed breakdown:

The creative heart, soul and magic of Fables Den is all by & from Yours Truly. I do not replace my creative process with AI. As someone who deeply values the creative journey and believes in the magic of self-expression, I view creativity as more than a means to produce an end result or product. Creativity to me is sacred. It is both emotionally intimate and spiritually transformative. A part of me is imbued in everything I create and make. It is a life-long journey and adventure that I embark on and there’s nothing more important to me than actually experiencing the journey and process of creativity in and of itself.

Following my heart, my creative vision and what yearns to be expressed in my body is what makes building a creative online business magical.

For this reason, I do not use AI to replace the aspects of my work that are rooted in personal creativity, artistic expression, storytelling, spiritual exploration or original thought. Using AI to replace the creative journey erases the meaning of being a creative person and living a creative life. To create something is to journey within, to witness the parts of ourselves that are calling to be seen, to shape them and make them into something that’s meaningful: a tarot deck populated by pandas, words of power and love I’ve written during my Dark Night of the Soul, a blog post detailing the explorative approaches that I’ve taken to level up my online business, or anything in between, under, above, around or beyond (you get the point 😂)

AI does not generate these works on my behalf.

While AI may occasionally be used as a brainstorming, organizational, or editing tool, it does not create the concepts, messages, teachings, stories, meanings, or intellectual property that define Fables Den.

Fables Den uses AI as a supportive tool rather than a creative replacement.

AI may assist with operational, administrative, organizational, and technical aspects of running the business, including:

Business Operations

• SEO research and keyword suggestions

• Product tags and search optimization

• Website, policy, and informational content organization (e.g. disclosures, legal pages, FAQs, and business policies to help ensure important details are not overlooked)

• Researching platform features, algorithms, discoverability, and content distribution systems

• Business planning, project organization, and workflow development

• Product launch planning and operational logistics

• Administrative process design and documentation

• Technical troubleshooting, software research, and platform comparisons

• Productivity systems, task management, and operational efficiency

• Educational research related to entrepreneurship, online business, publishing, fulfillment, and digital commerce

Financial & Administrative Tasks

• Bookkeeping assistance

• Accounting support

• Tax-related organization and education; expense categorization and recordkeeping support

• Budgeting and financial organization

• Business planning and decision-support research

• Research into business regulations, tariffs, fees, and compliance considerations

• Software, service, and operational tool comparisons

Creative Research & Development Support

• Researching topics, references, and background information

• Exploring alternative perspectives and interpretations

• Clarifying concepts or identifying gaps in understanding

• Finding specific words, phrases, definitions or terminology

• Organizing notes, ideas, and research materials

• Summarizing information for easier review

• Helping untangle creative blocks, mental clutter, or information overload (yes, the occasional brain rot)

• Acting as a sounding board during the developmental process

• Proofreading for spelling, grammar, punctuation, formatting errors or apocalyptic typos that trigger my perfectionism - I mean uh, compromise the technical quality of my creative works.

• Reviewing graphic designs for visual clarity, readability, layout balance, alignment, text hierarchy, accessibility and color harmony. (e.g. mid-afternoon panics of “IS THIS CENTRED!? HELP")

All AI-assisted work is reviewed, edited, approved, and ultimately guided by human judgment before publication or implementation.

In short, I use AI as a beefed up dictionary, thesaurus, encloypedia, research assistant, sounding board and an editor.

AI-Generated Visual Assets & Design Tools

• Many modern business and creative platforms (such as Canva, website builders, stock asset libraries, and design software) now incorporate AI features and AI-generated assets as part of their standard offerings.

• As a result, some templates, graphics, design elements, or visual assets used within my business may contain AI-generated components that are not explicitly identified as such by the platform.

• On occasion, I may occasionally use AI-assisted design tools provided by these platforms to modify, transform, resize, expand, or adapt visual elements to better suit the Fables Den aesthetic and brand identity. (e.g. using the AI tools on Canva to transform a 2D panda into a plushie graphic)

• These uses are typically decorative, organizational, or supportive in nature and do not constitute the core creative work, teachings, products, or intellectual property of Fables Den.

Whenever I knowingly use AI-generated visual elements in customer-facing content, I'll do my best to disclose it whenever practical. Because AI-assisted features are now built into many of the creative tools I use, I may not mention every individual use in every post. My general use of AI tools will always be disclosed here.
