Last week, I did a flip-through of my tarot business + life planner on my Youtube channel, and I decided to share the weekly planing pages I designed for myself. This is my first attempt to play with productivity tools and stationary design, and I really enjoyed creating, experimenting, fine-tuning and then finalizing them. I’ve always loved crafting useful helpful little things for myself and for others, so this is one of the products of my crafting adventures. πŸ™‚

Originally I made my planning pages in blue, but I decided to add 3 more themes/colours so there are more options available. πŸ™‚ These planning are designed to be spirit-centred, which means in addition to the planning/productivity portion, the rest of the pages are dedicated to enriching and empowering your life. Some sections are both spirit and productivity centred. But to be honest, I think being spiritual is also a way of being productive. Making sure you are at your optimal spiritually, emotionally, and mentally–gives you energy and heart and readiness to take on anything in life.

How you can use the sections on the page:

  • This Week’s Quest: the focus of this week. This could be a specific goal like “reach 500 subscribers” or a general theme like “self-care: personal boundaries”. I usually use this section, along with the Power Up and Challenger, to do my weekly tarot forecast to help me focus and stay grounded.
  • This Week’s Power Up: this is something that will empower you and gives you strength throughout the week. If you are not doing tarot draws, you can write down things like “eat clean” or “go to so-and-so for tough love”. If you are drawing a card, you can note down the card you have drawn and jot down any notes to keep track of for the week.
  • Challenger: this is the potential challenge or difficulty that you may encounter throughout this week. This may be something you anticipate for yourself, or a general “theme” as told by your tarot cards. I like the word “challenger” because it deemphasizes the aspect of struggle and plays into the aspect of courage + active problem solving.
  • Stats: this section is for habit tracking. There are 3 habits you are able to track, and for each habit that you complete, you would mark the bubble for that given day. At the end of the week, you can see how consistent you have been with your habit-building.
  • Self-Care: this can be used as a reflective section where you evaluate how much you have dedicated time and effort towards self-care this week, or you can note down any ailments or body conditions that occurred throughout the week so you have a record about how your health is doing and try to adjust or improve your self-care decisions next week.
  • Sunday-Saturday: your planning sections. You can divide the rows by time of day (morning, afternoon, evening, night) or by theme (business, family, personal, misc). It’s completely customizable so you can play around with the big categories of your life and see what works best for you. The .PDF files also have weekly planning pages that start on Mondays or blank ones.
  • I Look Forward To: write down something that makes you excited. It’s always good to be excited about the future, because you are putting forth an energy of abundance that signals the Universe–I’m excited about this thing that is coming to my life, I know it is going to happen for me and I am saying my thanks early!
  • I Am Grateful For: abundance section, part two! This box is all about recognizing the things you already have as well as extracting the positive lessons from your experience. Just a note: this isn’t about sugar-coating negativity, but realizing that you are stronger than you think and the courage that you have in the face of struggles in life.
  • Blank Box: use this for anything! Brainstorming, doodling, other notes. It’s blank, so use your imagination! πŸ™‚
